How to Report Mortgage Fraud and Other Mismanagement to HUD

Anyone can report mortgage fraud, waste, or gross mismanagement of operations at the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Office of Investigation (OIG) handles law enforcement at HUD and is responsible for looking into these issues. If you suspect fraud or mismanagement, you can report it confidentially if desired.

  3. How you became aware of the incident.
